Seed IP Attorneys Secure Victory for Petitioner: IPRs Instituted

After a long hard battle, including addressing separate requests from PTAB judges for supplemental briefing, Seed IP was successful in persuading the PTAB to institute IPR proceedings. The PTAB found a reasonable likelihood that the core claims of two telecommunication patents are invalid. The two telecommunication patents are subject of ongoing litigation in the district court for the district of South Carolina, where Seed IP is representing the defendant.

The proceedings are IPR2020-00154 and IPR2020-00155.

Congratulations to Seed IP attorneys David V. Carlson, Jeffrey E. Danley, and Syed M. Abedi, on this victory.
