Patent Agent

Noah J. Parker

Noah’s practice focuses on patent prosecution of electrical engineering and computer matters. He is an electrical engineer with a broad technical range, including artificial intelligence and computer vision, autonomous systems, embedded software and firmware, FPGA/digital design, signal processing, and neural engineering. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in neural engineering from the University of Washington in 2022 and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering (including Systems Biology & Neuroengineering), from Columbia University in 2024.

Prior to joining Seed IP, Noah worked at a number of tech companies in the Puget Sound area, serving as an electrical engineer, robotics engineer, and machine learning engineer.

Noah is a proven technical writer experienced at translating complex, multidisciplinary technology into precise written form. Noah has authored technical writing for federal contract proposals and deliverables contributing to an estimated $12M in awarded contracts, including scopes of work, technical approaches, and capability descriptions.  He has developed sidescan sonar image simulation systems used to train and validate AI object detection and classification algorithms. Noah has experience with implementing hardware-in-loop and software-in-loop autonomy systems for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), development of multimodal object detection systems, and integration of hydrogen fuel cell technology in long-haul mining vehicles. He has produced technical documentation and provided direct engineering support to DoD partners across the Pacific Northwest. Noah also led technical mentorship for the University of Washington ENGINE capstone program, reviewing student technical reports and presentations and serves as an industry mentor for UW ECE Mentorship Program.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
