At its core, industrial design relies on the ingenuity of the concept – both in the product’s utility and aesthetics. Today, a product’s design features are as important as its utility, and both are available for patent protection. It doesn’t matter what your product is – furniture, electronics, consumer goods, packaging – our professionals are available to help protect its form and function.
Beyond protecting your innovation, it’s also important to ensure your product’s design doesn’t infringe on the rights of other companies. With that in mind, Seed IP professionals can perform thorough design clearance searches and assist with your product’s configuration and development. Additionally, should the need arise, our litigation team can help enforce your intellectual property rights, both offensively and defensively.
