Henry C. Lenaburg
Henry’s practice focuses on prosecution of mechanical-related patent matters and trademark procurement. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2023, and received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2026.
Henry’s experience includes preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications spanning a range of technologies and industries, including consumer products, medical devices, automotive technologies, food processing equipment, sporting goods, and industrial machinery.
During law school, Henry worked at Seed IP as a law clerk, and pursued a concentration in intellectual property, with coursework in IP licensing, international IP protection, and IP commercialization. Henry also assisted with Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) workshops, collaborating with in-house patent counsel from Japanese companies to discuss U.S. patent prosecution strategy and conduct mock examiner interviews.
