Seed IP recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2022!

We are pleased to announce that Seed IP Law Group LLP has been recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2022 – and for the third, consecutive year! Seed IP is one of only 25 large businesses to make this year’s list, as published by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Over 300 companies statewide competed for this award, and the top 100 companies were selected.

To ascertain the best workplaces, the Puget Sound Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace and surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas, such as trust in senior leadership, team dynamics, and compensation and benefits, that make up an organization’s culture. Companies that made the list had the highest composite scores in an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplaces on behalf of the Puget Sound Business Journal. The Business Journal’s annual ranking of Washington’s Best Workplaces is now entering its 16th year.

The program is open to any company with at least 10 full-time employees at an office in Washington. Companies must have been in business at least 4 years to apply. Once companies enrolled in the nomination process, Quantum Workplaces issued the surveys and scored the results. Nominations did not guarantee placement on the Lists. Companies are categorized into one of four lists based on employee count: more than 250 workers (extra-large), 100 to 249 workers (large), 50 to 99 workers (medium), and 10 to 49 workers (small). To qualify for the lists, companies were required to meet a certain level of survey participation. For companies with 51-150 employees, such as Seed IP Law Group, 70% participation was required.

“Seed IP is proud to be recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces again this year. Our leadership team and managers value the contributions and perspectives from all of Seed’s talented and diverse employees, and we are honored to receive their recognition by this award,” says Kevin Costanza, Seed IP’s Managing Partner.

The final rankings will be revealed at a Washington’s Best Workplaces in-person event at T-Mobile Park on August 18, 2022. The following day, the final rankings will be published in print and online editions of the Puget Sound Business Journal.
