Seed IP proudly supports City Year Seattle/King County's 'Ripples of Hope – 26th Anniversary' Event on May 18

Seed IP Law Group is proud to support the City Year Seattle/King County’s ‘Ripples of Hope – 26th Anniversary’ event, taking place at Fisher Pavilion (Seattle Center), on Saturday, May 18 @ 3:00-5:30 p.m. PDT

About this event:

The annual ‘Ripples of Hope’ event is a community-wide service festival taking place this year on May 20 in the Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center! Working together as a team, City Year champions, AmeriCorps members, and school families will assemble 4,000 student success kits (stuffed with school essentials) and 400 teacher appreciation bags for our amazing partner schools. City Year Seattle/King County’s goal is to continuously support students throughout the year. As students enter the summer season, the goal is to invest in resources that will allow them to continue their academic growth for the next year. The student success kits will contain school supplies such as pens, crayons, notebooks, STEM packets, etc.

The ‘Ripples of Hope’ event will be a day filled with fun, food, and games (football throw, ring toss, and more!) for the whole family. The goal is to raise $500,000 to fund student success programs next year. Every dollar raised directly funds their vital ‘Whole School, Whole Child’ program —a holistic slate of academic interventions and social-emotional learning powered by AmeriCorps members for 4,000 students each year. Please join City Year champions, alumni, students, families, and community members to help assemble 4,000 student success kits at this event on May 18! The completed student success kits will be prepped for distribution to Seattle students before the end of the school year. All are welcome to this celebration, so bring your friends, family, and neighbors!
