Seed IP Law Group proudly welcomes our new Associate, Nicholas Clawson, who joins the firm’s Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Group.

Nicholas (“Nick”) focuses their practice on intellectual property matters related to electrical engineering technologies, with experience drafting and managing patent applications at all stages of prosecution. In 2014, Nick earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, after which they served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army. Nick received their J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2024.

Nick is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. They are a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA) and the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA).
