The PTAB, on May 20, 2022, denied instituting trial for two Inter Partes Review (IPR) petitions filed by Airbus Americas (Petitioner) concerning U.S. Patent Nos. 10,760,315 and 10,801,244 owned by Harper Engineering Company. Seed IP attorneys Jeff Danley, Syed Abedi, and Tom Shewmake, working in collaboration with their client Harper Engineering, successfully persuaded the PTAB that the Petitioner failed to demonstrate a reasonable likelihood that the challenged claims of these patents are invalid (see IPR2022-00195 and IPR2022-00192). Congrats Seed IP!
