Seed IP Law Group recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2026!
We are pleased to announce that Seed IP Law Group LLP has once again been recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2026, as published by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Over 200 companies statewide competed for this award, and the top 100 companies were selected.
To ascertain the best workplaces, the Puget Sound Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplaces, an employee engagement software company based in Omaha, Nebraska, that surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas, such as trust in senior leadership, team dynamics, and compensation and benefits, that make up an organization’s culture. Companies that made the list had the highest composite scores in an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplaces on behalf of the Puget Sound Business Journal. The Business Journal’s annual ranking of Washington’s Best Workplaces is now entering its 20th year.
The program is open to any company with at least 10 full-time employees at an office in Washington. Companies must have been in business at least 4 years to apply. Once companies enroll in the nomination process, Quantum Workplaces issues the surveys and scores the results. Nominations do not guarantee placement on the lists. Companies are categorized into one of seven lists based on employee count: more than 5,000 employees; 3,001-5,000 employees; 1,001-3,000 employees; 501-1,000 employees; 151-500 employees; 51-150 employees; and fewer than 50 employees. For the lists, companies are required to meet a certain level of survey participation. For companies with 51-150 employees, such as Seed IP Law Group, 70% participation is required.
“We are extremely proud and honored to be recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces again this year. This recognition is something that we continuously strive to earn, but never take for granted. It should be celebrated by everyone at Seed IP because everyone contributes to creating such a workplace,” says Hayley Talbert, Seed IP’s Managing Partner.
The final rankings will be revealed at a Washington’s Best Workplaces in-person event at T-Mobile Park on August 20, 2026. The following day, the final rankings will be published in print and online editions of the Puget Sound Business Journal.
