Seed IP Law Group is pleased to announce Hayley Talbert as our new Managing Partner, effective July 1, 2025. Hayley has been with Seed IP since 2007, starting as a summer associate and growing with the firm through her career. With this role, Hayley becomes the Chair of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Group.  

Hayley is taking over the role from Kevin Costanza, who held the position of Managing Partner for the past 10 years. Kevin’s committed and thoughtful leadership provides Hayley and Seed IP with positive momentum for the next era of our firm. Kevin remains a member of Seed IP’s Management Committee as the Chair of the Mechanical Engineering, Trademark, and IP Enforcement and Litigation groups.
