Seed IP Law Group LLP welcomes new trademark associate Ania Smeraldo

Seed IP Law Group LLP proudly welcomes our new associate attorney, Ania Smeraldo, who joins the firm’s Trademark and IP Litigation & Enforcement groups.

Ania focuses her practice on intellectual property matters across a number of industries. In 2018, she earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington. Ania received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2025. Ania has experience with trademark procurement in a variety of industries, including consumer products & services, pharmaceuticals, and software & internet. She has drafted numerous producer and side artist agreements, IP licensing & artist contracts, and master agreements. Ania also has researched rights of publicity laws, state-by-state. She has experience with generative AI technology and related litigation.

Ania is admitted to the Washington State Bar.
