Seed IP Law Group is hosting its inaugural U.S. Patent Workshop 2025 on September 22-26, 2025. The workshop is geared toward IP professionals actively engaged in U.S. patent prosecution who wish to sharpen their patent drafting and prosecution skills. The core workshop will be presented entirely in English but will also include a Daily Review and Q&A Session presented in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

This workshop is open to current Seed IP clients, non-clients, patent attorneys/agents, and foreign associates—all are welcome to attend.

It will be a full week of learning and fun activities!

*The week-long course will include in-depth sessions on: Strategies for overcoming §101, §102, and §103 rejections; Best practices for examiner interviews and after-final responses; Continuation, divisional, and RCE strategies; Aligning foreign-origin applications with U.S. requirements; and Case studies, interactive panels, and networking opportunities. This will be a great opportunity not only to sharpen your knowledge of U.S. practice but also to connect with other international professionals and our U.S. team in a collaborative and engaging setting.
