Plaintiff drops patent infringement lawsuit

Seed IP attorneys successfully represented Olympic Veterinary Corp. in litigation against VSSI, Inc. in the Western District of Missouri. VSSI voluntarily dismissed its patent infringement claim against Olympic Veterinary after Seed IP attorneys filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and negotiated with plaintiff’s counsel.

Olympic Veterinary Corp. is a Mercer Island-based manufacturer of professional veterinary medical products sold throughout the U.S. and Canada.
