Rachel A. Haller
Rachel focuses her practice on patent procurement and strategic portfolio management in a range of multi-disciplinary fields. In 2013, she received her J.D. (cum laude) from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Rachel received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the top grade in her intellectual property in commerce class. In 2009, she received a B.S. degree (cum laude) in General Science from Seattle University.
Rachel focuses her practice on patent matters, including domestic patent preparation and prosecution, and international portfolio management. Her technical expertise covers a broad range of industry sectors, including alternative energy, semiconductor manufacturing and processing, material science, chemical, and medical devices. Before joining Seed IP Law Group, Rachel worked as an associate attorney preparing and prosecuting patent applications at a boutique IP law firm and in the Seattle office of a large international law firm.

Rachel is admitted to the Washington State Bar. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She is a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA) and Life Science Washington (formerly Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association).
