Mr. Kovelman counsels some of the world’s largest and most innovative gaming technology, multimedia, computer technology, software, medical device and mechanical companies in all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law. He received a B.A. (1986) from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1991.

Mr. Kovelman is admitted to the California State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His court admissions include US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, US Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, and the Central, Northern, & Southern US District Courts in California. Mr. Kovelman is a member of the Washington Patent Law Association (WSPLA).
