The list is featured in Washington Super Lawyers magazine, which is published annually each summer by Thomson Reuters. Rising Stars honorees are nominated and selected through a detailed process based on nomination points, research points and peer-review points. The Rising Stars designation is given annually to a select group of attorneys, each of whom has either been in practice for less than 10 years or are under the age of forty.
