Seed IP Law Group ranks in Top 10 on 2020 ‘Washington’s Best Workplaces’ list

We are thrilled to announce that Seed IP Law Group LLP has been recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for 2020, ranking at #10 on the list for Washington’s Best Workplaces-Large Companies. The 25 companies ranked among Washington’s Best Large Workplaces collectively employ 4,551 people full time in the state. Seed IP is one of only 95 businesses of all sizes on this year’s list, as published by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

To quantify the best workplaces, the Puget Sound Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace and surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. Quantum’s Best Workplaces score factors in 30 items across six categories including compensation and benefits, trust in senior leadership, and team dynamics. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees. Companies that made The List had the highest composite scores in an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplaces on behalf of the Puget Sound Business Journal. Information on The List was supplied by individual companies through questionnaires and could not be independently verified by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

“Of all the awards and recognition we receive each year, both individually and as a firm, being recognized by our employees as one of the best places in the state to work is by far the one we are most proud of,” says Kevin Costanza, Seed IP’s Managing Partner.

The final rankings were revealed at the Washington’s Best Workplaces virtual event on Aug. 27 and published in the Aug. 28 print edition of the Puget Sound Business Journal.
