Patent Attorney - Software
We are currently looking for an associate to join our Computer Science Group.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years patent prosecution experience,
including original patent application drafting, preparing opinion letters, and a B.S.
or M.S. degree in Computer Science.
Current Staff Position Available:
Immediate opening for an experienced foreign patent paralegal.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a law firm or corporate setting
coordinating and preparing the filing of international patent applications from
filing to issue. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, take initiative
in creating and improving work processes, work effectively on a variety of active
matters simultaneously and possess a high level of attention to detail.
