BACKGROUND

Jeff Hundley specializes in biotechnology patent matters. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from California State University Fullerton (1992) and a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Texas Health Science Center (1996).

EXPERIENCE

At the University of Texas Jeff co-authored several scientific articles relating to his studies of molecular determinants of cancer development, progression, and chemotherapeutic responsiveness.
Jeff has extensive experience in both law firm and corporate settings relating to strategic intellectual property design, procurement and management, with particular expertise in patent application preparation and prosecution in the biological and chemical arts.

Jeff is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His professional affiliations include the Washington State Patent Law Association and the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association.
