BACKGROUND

Hayley Stevens specializes in domestic and foreign patent prosecution and domestic trademark matters. Hayley received a B.S. (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida with an emphasis in digital design (2004). She was awarded her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law (2008).

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Seed IP, Hayley drafted patent applications at a small patent prosecution law firm in Washington, D.C.

AFFILIATIONS

Hayley is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
