Emily Wagner specializes in U.S. and foreign chemical patent matters, including patent procurement, licensing and strategic management of intellectual property portfolios. Emily received a B.A. in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from Bowdoin College where she conducted research in the field of organometallic chemistry and was awarded the Kamerling Laboratory Award for her work in organic chemistry. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Prior to joining Seed IP, Emily was an attorney with Venture Law Group where she represented technology companies in the areas of corporate formation and governance, public and private securities transactions, intellectual property licensing and mergers and acquisitions. Emily is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
