Hayley Stevens specializes in domestic and foreign patent prosecution and domestic trademark matters. Hayley received a B.S. (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida with an emphasis in digital design (2004). She was awarded her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law (2008).

Prior to joining Seed IP, Hayley drafted patent applications at a small patent prosecution law firm in Washington, D.C.

Hayley is admitted to the Washington State Bar. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Washington State Patent Law Association (WSPLA) and the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
