Stevan Stark specializes in computer-related patent prosecution.
He received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University
of Utah in 1996 and was awarded his J.D. (summa cum laude)
from Seattle University School of Law in 2007, where he was
a Research and Technical Editor for the Law Review.
Prior to joining the Seed IP Law Group, Stevan served as a
judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge Ricardo S. Martinez.
Stevan also has extensive experience in the software industry
where he worked as a software engineer at several companies,
including Amazon.com, Digeo, Inc., and Orbtek, Inc. (now Bausch
& Lomb Surgical). After graduating from the University of
Utah, he worked as a research associate for the University's
Computer Vision and Robotics Research Group. Stevan has co-authored
multiple research papers that have been published in several
peer-reviewed journals.
Stevan is admitted to the Washington State Bar. He is a member
of the Washington State Bar Association and the Washington
State Patent Law Association.
