Nima
Seyedali specializes in mechanical patent prosecution and
trademark registration. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Washington in 1995. He received his
J.D. (cum laude) from Seattle University School of Law and
M.B.A. (cum laude) from Seattle University Albers School of
Business and Economics in 2005.
After receiving his bachelor's degree, Nima worked as a structural
analyst at The Boeing Company, performing ultimate strength,
fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis of the empennage, fuselage,
and wing structures on all Boeing aircraft models, specializing
in 737 fuselage structures. Additionally, he served as the
engineer on site to resolve airplane on ground issues involving
major recovery and repair of airplanes grounded in the United
Kingdom, Indonesia, Hungary, Germany, India, Spain, and Canada.
Nima was also a co-founder of a web-based company, BeatLabs.com,
providing services in new media marketing and event development,
specializing in organizing, marketing, and managing large
events.
Nima is admitted to the Washington State Bar and is registered
to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He
is a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association
and the American Bar Association.
