Paul focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of electronic and Internet-related patent applications. He also counsels clients on various intellectual property matters including patentability, invalidity, and infringement opinions, patent enforcement, intellectual property related due diligence and licensing.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Case Western Reserve University. After receiving his bachelor's degree, Paul worked as an electrical engineer designing digital and analog circuits for control systems.
Paul is admitted to practice in Washington and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Washington State Patent Law Association and the Intellectual Property Section of the King County Bar Association.
