Dennis M. de Guzman specializes in software and electrical engineering patents. He graduated (summa cum laude) with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University (1991) and received his J.D. from the University of Washington (1996). While at the UW, he was a member of the Washington Law Review, and is also a member of Alpha Sigma Nu and Tau Beta Pi Honor Societies.

Dennis has had prior experience in intellectual property law at other Seattle firms and as an electrical engineer with telecommunication and power utility companies. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar (1996), the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Federal Circuit. Dennis is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
