Seed IP to host worksite tour for local students from Chief Sealth International High School (presented by Washington Alliance for Better Schools) – March 28

Seed IP Law Group LLP is proud to provide a worksite tour for local high school students from Chief Sealth International High School, on Thursday, March 28.  This program provides students with an important introduction to a professional work environment — in this case, a leading Pacific Northwest intellectual property law firm. The program is made possible by the Washington Alliance for Better Schools, an organization that works closely with local businesses to create these worksite tours for students around the Puget Sound area. The program gives students a view into the different types of jobs that exist and also provides insight into opportunities available in their own community.

In addition to a tour of our office space, the students will learn about the type of work that makes Seed IP a successful boutique law firm focused on intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark prosecution, IP agreements and licensing, and IP litigation and enforcement. The visiting students will also learn about the specific roles within a law firm, including those of attorneys, paralegals, information technology (IT), human resources (HR), office services (OS), and other essential staff.

Seed IP team members scheduled to participate:

Michele LaBare | Office Services (Receptionist), Seed IP Law Group LLP

Steve Lawrenz | Partner, Seed IP Law Group LLP

Hayley Talbert | Partner, Seed IP Law Group LLP
